What an exceptional team to assign tasks to! cesar, the plumber, was skilled and diligent. He inspected my plumbing system and swapped out the necessary parts. Only after he showed me the meter and the specs listed on the parts, this was done. i felt and knew, i could rely on him. What an enjoyable experience with such a fantastic company like Garrett & Sons Plumbing and a very competent plumber. austin did an exceptional job! he was able to come over to our place in suquamish and finish the plumbing project to our satisfaction. earlier, we had hired another plumber who wasn't as meticulous as austin, but we won't be needing his services anymore. under the new management, the plumbing services provided are top-notch and we would certainly recommend them to our friends. we wouldn't hesitate to call austin again if any future plumbing issues arise!

Austin was professional, patient, and extremely well-versed in his craft. He was proficient in handling our blocked drains and overflowing toilets, which was a relief given how urgently I needed to use the bathroom after returning from work. His patience was apparent when my husband insisted on 'assisting' him. Despite the chilly and damp conditions in Suquamish, Austin persisted in working on the exterior drains until all toilets were unclogged and functioning perfectly. Without a doubt, I would reach out for his plumbing services again, reassured that I'm only paying for what's needed to complete the task. No frills. No unnecessary upselling. No extended hours to inflate the hourly service cost. Austin's plumbing service comes highly recommended.
