Wow! I love good service and I must say this was one of the most attentive and pleasurable experiences at Olive Garden I’ve had in a long time.
I’m in town for work and decided to walk over to Olive Garden for lunch from my hotel.
Great decision!
Ariana was so great! Greeted us with a smile and wasted no time suggesting some apps!
I also don’t drink but wanted something refreshing and to make it cute so I didn’t feel left out and she definitely delivered!
Food was out in great timing, Ariana was attentive, we didn’t have to ask for anything as she was on it!
Also, got in some good laughs with her! Thank you for demonstrating GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
This restaurant was dirty with a distinct odour of unwashed tables and floors.
The food was bland with low quality ingredients similar to pre frozen microwave meals but decent presentation... don't be fooled by the presentation!
The service started very poorly with the 12 year old at the front desk lacking communication skills or any idea about how to set expectations. However, the waitress for my table seemed a little more helpful.
This was my first experience at Olive Garden. And to be frank, there is nothing authentic about this Italian kitchen, from the food , the restaurant, or the staff. Not my worst experience but very close to it.
This restaurant needs work!
