My first time at Olive Garden was spectacular. The food was scrumptious and came so quickly. The games on the table were so much fun! The service however, was on another level. Caitlin was so amazing and took care of us quite well. Super polite, funny, friendly and made our experience 10/10. Will be back soon!!!

We arrived at 6pm We Waited for almost a hour and a half for food. The sever kept telling us they were working on it and it was almost done. Then when we almost left the manager came over to talk to us and told us everything would be comped. Turns out it wasn’t. Still had to pay for the drinks that he said were on him. And the appetizer. I’m so disappointed. I don’t think we will ever be back. I used to love Olive Garden. Now I don’t know that I will be back to this location.

We absolutely love this Olive Garden! The service is impeccable and we always have a great meal. Our only criticism is that management needs to so more to support the team. We eat at the bar so we can watch the game. The bartender/our waitress was running herself ragged between drinks for the restaurant and serving food at the bar for ALL of the patrons. Dishes got stacked up on the service bar, and the manager didn't do anything to assist....but, he did stand behind us to watch the game. Your team doesn't care how much you know until you show them how much you care.
