Insole was damaged on arrival and took a month of back and forth before they agreed to replace it. Then the supposedly high quality rubber sole became highly discolored within a few months, turning a strange green. Oliver Cabell refused to replace or even offer a discount towards a new purchase. Overall the quality is significantly lower than cheaper shoes. I wouldn't recommend.

This company is a scam, terrible costumer service! I order two set of shoes, one of them was out of stock until august 2023. So I try to reach them by phone and they don’t have a phone number, it took me 2 weeks and many many emails, for them to finally cancel my order and give me my money back, they will keep trying to sale me something. The other pair I received it, and I had a size issue, so I send it back for a full refund, they have them since the last week and they keep telling me that I had to wait for 10 or more business days to get my money back… do not buy from this company… or at least not, if you plan to return or cancel the order.. they won’t give you the money back …. Be careful. They do not believe in customer service. They took four months to send me the shoes - the shoes arrived so late that I was not available to receive them, the company then did not accept a return for a refund. The problem was created by the company yet they did not do the right thing to remedy the problem. I will never buy from them again.
