Jose at the OP San Francisco store was super helpful And understood my situation and showed my all of my options. He went out of his way to make sure I got the pair I liked best, which he definitely didn’t have to, since I was in store for an exchange and wasn’t putting in a pair today. That level of service is what will keep coming to see José when I ( or anyone else I know) is looking to get the best glasses

Was recently in the San Francisco Union Square boutique. It’s kind of tucked away but well worth the search. Lots of styles, nicely arranged and Robert was a great associate. He made suggestions without being pushy and helped me save money by researching my insurance options. I live out of the area so he’s even going to take care of shipping my glasses to me. Great experience
