Elizabeth Dixon was awesome to work with she was very professional and on top of it. The service crew that came out and installed it were very fast and efficient and in a few hours I was up and heating the house thank you everyone that helped me with this stove it was a pleasure working with you all.

Richard and Michael the installers were excellent. They arrived right on time and were very prepared They ran into a duct work issue in the ceiling. They stayed very positive and checked all possibilities to remedy the situation. They called the office right away and got people on the needed supplies. They were able to still finish the installation that day and still were under the original quote. Very professional and knowledgeable. Great teamwork with the office and technicians and us.

The staff at Olympia fireplace and spa were great to work with. They made our first time buying a hot tub very easy and I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a hot tub.
