They did a beautiful job installing our fireplace. Their prices were fair and reasonable. Unfortunately they don’t employ their own electricians or gas plumbers right now so we had to sub contract those jobs out ourselves which was a huge pain. They used to do the gas plumbing, I hope they start offering it again soon!

We recently had Service Technician Bobby do a fan install and service of our new gas fireplace. First off, he was very friendly and easy to talk to. Secondly, he explained everything he was doing which was greatly appreciated. Bobby discovered that there were several things WRONG with the INITIAL install at our new construction house. (I must emphasize it was NOT done by Olympia F&S) Bobby fixed those things and now it works better than ever!! Finally, I have dealt with both Beth and Kayla who work in the Chehalis showroom and they were GREAT... We HIGHLY RECOMMEND this business👍🏻👍🏻
