After being blonde (with other stylists in CA and then WA) for a while, I was ready to go dark again, so I booked an appointment with Kayla. I had a vague idea of what I wanted and she took that and ran with it to craft a color that would complement my skin tone and features! The final result is even better than expected and I'm SO happy. We were the only ones in the salon and the whole experience was so relaxed & low-key, which was so appreciated. Can't wait to go back!

Had an appointment scheduled two weeks before the date and the appointment notes that cancellations must be made at least two days before the appointment.
As I was getting into my car to drive to the appointment, I saw an email that my appointment was cancelled. I called the salon and left a message following up and haven't received a response back.
The lack of communication and late notice cancellation really shows how this salon focuses on its clients, and by focus I mean ignores.

Guy at the counter did not want my business, I had my daughters hair done here before and it was 5stars. But the place had no one in it and he told me I needed an appointment and wanted 50$ more to do work to mens hair vs my daughters multi dye long hair. I end up doing what I wanted myself for 15$ from amazon.
