I would give them a 3 1/2 because of the long time it took to process the order and get information about who shipper was and when it would be delivered. I had to do tracking to find out what day it will be delivered. The people were very courteous and helpful though. It was something that I never had to do before.

The heater blend door modulator on my Kia Sorento died and the repair shop told me the part was not available. Our local parts dealers confirmed that. Hanson Kia in Olympia claimed they had one. A couple weeks later ,I had one. They kept me updated and the price was more than fair considering the supposed rarity of the part.

Awful communication about the status of my part. I got a shipping notification with a tracking number but no information on the shipping company. The link included in the notification didn't do me any good. My email asking for better info was ignored. I received the part but still no response to my request.
