Quoted an hour for an oil change. After 2 hours said it’d almost be done.. it’s been 2.5 now and still not done. No updates, I’m now late for work. It’s just an oil change.

Thank you, thank you, thank you. Purchased a used Mazda at a Chevy dealer and the day after the purchase the check engine light came on. My local mechanic looked at the codes and said “return the car to the Chevy dealer and walk away!” The Chevy dealer sent it to the Mazda dealer. I contacted the Mazda dealer directly and spoke with Leah. After telling her my concerns she said she was in it. Her tech diagnosed the problem. Cleared the code drove the car until the code reappeared and then fixed the problem. She had her tech send me a video of a issue with carbon fouling in the intake manifold and valves and wanted to know if I wanted to fix that as well. Could not believe the level of communication I had with Leah. I wish I would have purchased the car there. This dealer and Leah really care, know their cars, and know how to treat their customers!!!!! All this coming from a guy who is skeptical of car dealers. Only thing negative I have to say is that I wish they were not 1.5 hours away from where I live but they are worth the drive for the level of service!!!!!!

It took a lot longer than I planned for (nearly a week), which almost put me in an awkward situation at work. Thankfully, the customer service rep was able to get me into a loaner the last two days my car was with them. I just wish I would have known ahead of time how long it was likely to take.
