I do not recommend this company. We felt so screwed over by them. If you do use this company, know ahead of time that if you buy a package, they will not substitute items on the package 1:1. They will give you partial credit for anything taken off, and you have to pay full price for anything put on. We ended up paying over $4k for a $2,100 package! At one point, we wanted to downgrade the package since we only had 80 guests coming but they were "sold out" of the smaller packages. They charged us a delivery fee too, even though it says delivery is included in the package. Also they had verbally agreed that they would be responsible for stringing up the lights under the tents. They did not do this, and then told us that that wasn’t the agreement. That was the main reason we wanted to rent tents from this company. So get EVERYTHING in writing if you work with this company! EVERYTHING. The owner of the company also took on the role of our party planner and then ended up quitting because we were unhappy that she was only recommending 1 vendor for each category. While she was our unofficial planner, we signed with her recommended DJ and Instrumentals, both of whom didn’t show up for our wedding! To be fair, we got our DJ’s “understudy” who guests were happy with, and we walked down the aisle to a beautiful pianist instead of a pianist and violinist like we had arranged. All in all, this company caused so much stress prior to and during our wedding weekend. Strongly not recommended.
