I went in to have my glasses adjusted because they had become crooked. Those glasses were a little over one year old. Sharon says “Yes, I can help you with that”, disappears into the back with my glasses and comes back a few minutes later telling me she cracked the frame. The glasses where not warm, which tells me she didn’t heat up the material but just tried to bend them cold and that of course broke them. She tells me the glasses probably had a crack already or were old and brittle! No offer to replace the damage they caused but instead I am supposed to buy new glasses!! Very convenient way to make money: break customers glasses and then charge them for new ones! Crooked! Manager was useless, too. I will tell everybody who listens not to go to this place! The do not train their personnel, don’t take responsibility and if I had the time and money I would love to sue them. Will report them to the BBB.

I wouldn’t recommend for younger children. The assistant didn’t have much patience for my two year old who was being extremely cooperative and the doctor wasn’t very welcoming.
