Appt time was right on with no waiting. Suzanne was very efficient and friendly and made me feel relaxed. She was knowledgeable on skin problems and I feel my trust is well founded with this dermatologist.

The front desk staff is so rude. Argued with me at my last visit regarding a copay (I do not have a copay) and the next lady in line also reiterated that she didn’t have a copay with her insurance and the front desk staff argued with her. They’re rude on the phone, very argumentative. They sound upset that they actually have to do their jobs. At my last appointment which was a full body skin cancer check; I heard the nurses in the hallway making fun of the reason I decided to come in for an appointment. I had stated “I grew up in the 90s and I never used sunscreen so I’m trying to be proactive”. The nurses were in the hallway laughing and talking about how it was “a ridiculous reasoning for a check”. When I tried to make an appointment for my husband to have a full body check, the front desk staff said that they don’t do that on first time appointments. Weird, because they in fact did a full body check on me during my first appointment. We will both find a different office to visit from here on out.

I luv Dr. Brazil he is such a cool guy. Kind and caring. His staff is amazing. For all the years I’ve been going there every person is so way wonderful. I definitely voted them the BEST Dermatology Cinic
