I have to say, I was extremely happy with the entire process in getting my new hot tub and Covana hot tub cover! My wife and I began this journey a couple years ago. When we first came in, we spoke with Linda and we immediately knew we were going to be taken care of. Clearly her 22 years of experience guided us to the size of hot tub, type of cover and style based off our entire family lifestyle. The end result and a couple years later, amazing! Thank you Linda and Scott for taking such good care of us... by not pressuring us in any way to go either direction with decisions, by saving us 800$ by applying updated sales prices and of course for just making our experience nothing less than amazing!!

I was recently visited by the hot tub removal crew managed by Jourdan and crewed by Tyler B., Casey, Kevin, and Eddie. They were absolutely wonderful, professional, and efficient. I am very pleased with the service they provided and highly recommend working with them.
