I have owned the Grandee tub from Olympic Hot tub for 4 years. There service and follow up is AMAZING. We struggled a bit in the beginning to get the water right - and both their sales and service dept did EVERYTHING they could to figure it out and fix it even after our warranty expired. Victoria (sales) is a great professional and knowledgeable sales person. Tamara in sales has helped me often and always has the BEST advice and takes perfect care of her customers. Don't buy a hot tub anywhere else! The sales and service experience here was flawless.

We had a great experience with Issaquah location, Gilbert Ortiz was extremely helpful! He walked us through the whole process, was always available and answered any questions. Everything went smooth, with no delays or issues. We are going to enjoy our new hot tub this weekend, thank you Olympic Hot Tub and Gilbert!

Bought our hot tub from Tamara Hall. Polite, friendly, no pressure sales. We've had the tub for 7 months. I had a problem with the tub a month later, and it was promptly fixed under warranty.
