Update: I will leave the original review below, but since then, Olympic responded with a nice email, acknowledging their problems this past Spring/Summer. We are now using someone else, but would not be opposed to trying them again if the need arose.
Original: We have been, or should say we were, clients of Olympic Landscaping for about five years. Until this past spring, they were great. They were timely, they sent out reminders, they communicated, their crews were professional, all good. Last Spring though I believe they had some turnover, and we no longer received any information about our spring startup or backflow testing. I emailed, tried different contacts on their company page, called and left messages, with no response. I finally found a nice lady in I think finance(?) that was nice enough to personally ensure I had a return call. Never got the call, but did receive an email that I was scheduled for a specific day - no options or discussion, just that day. Never had a confirmation on the backflow test, though that was apparently done. This fall they never reached out for winterization as in years past, which is fine, as I'm on to someone else. First five years, five stars. Last year, 1 star.
