I've lived here for seven years, the apartments are roomy, and the entire complex is well maintained and quiet. I am so pleased, just recently the mgmnt. started all the Spring edging and moss and weed control. In doing so, I was concerned for my pet who utilizes and walks through these areas. I asked Lynda Shamblin, the mgr. if she knew if the organics the landscapers were using were safe? She was so very great about my concern. She got on the phone directly and got the msds safety sheets, and emailed them to me the very same day!! Turns out, the materials were all organic and extremely safe! This type of management is hard to find, but we have it here at Lakeview South, we are lucky to have it in Ms. Shamblin. Our maintenance staff are always walking the parking lots, and common areas checking for debris. Any apartment maintenance issues are addressed promptly. I just want to say if you are a senior like me, these apartments are safe, quiet and reasonably priced. The utilities are very manageable, and the laundry areas clean and well lit. Lakeview South is the quiet little surprise in Lakewood!
