Medical bills are everyone's least favorite thing but every single time I've spoken to PFS, they've been very helpful and professional in helping me out. Thanks for the understanding and the courtesy.

This is the slowest and most frustrating medical billing office of any business I have ever dealt with. The bill is supposed to be sent to me in the mail, but it always shows up on the home page of Mychart. I have called the medicale billing there, if I'm lucky someone will answer and then even tho they tell me the bill is coming the next week, it takes much longer to arrive. When it does, I immediately send the check with the invoice, but it is more than a month before the check is cashed, with the same billing reminder on mychart the whole time. Even after it is cashed it takes weeks before it shows as paid.There should be a physical office in the hospital to just bring in the payment.
