Helpful staff and lots of free brochures make this a great stop to plan a trip in the region. A few historical exhibits are a bonus.

The lady working there asked us why we were visiting, and we said the lavendar festival. She was disappointed for some reason. She asked us what else we planned to do. We said Hurricane Ridge. Maybe she needs to promote the positives instead of making us feel we made poor choices. They have many brochures. The portopotties were gross.
