I receive massage therapy at this location and the massage therapist is great, but the front desk staff is so rude and unprofessional. I witnessed them bad mouth a patient who came in on a day she thought she was scheduled for, but the girls at the front desk were telling the patient it was her own fault for getting the day wrong. After the upset patient left, the front desk staff was loud enough for me to hear the mean things they were saying about her. These girls need to be replaced. They give this facility a bad image.
