I’ve had such a great experience at the South Hill location of OSS. The front desk staff are so welcoming and fun especially Rose, Kelsi and Tess. The therapists are very attentive and welcome your input into creating your personalized care plan. Hannah, Melissa, Dennis, John, Allen and Kim are a few of the amazing physical therapists I’ve had the pleasure to work with and would return to work with in the future

The care here is awful. This was the second time using this location and after the therapist rudely told me I was physcosymatic about my pain after he pulled my leg too hard causing me more pain from my total hip replacement I ended up having to see my dr again. I tried to call to reschedule an appointment and ended up leaving a message with no call back. I tried to use this place after another surgery and thought it might have been just one physical therapist but was wrong. Things are rushed and patient care is not a priority.

Fantastic, well stocked and managed site. My husband loved it when he had therapy here. Now, both my teenage daughter and I are here for different reasons but they were able to schedule our appointments mostly together or back to back. Everyone is extremely friendly and my daughter who’s been going a month longer than myself is recognized and greeted, and she can talk to the front desk people if they are not busy.
