This is a tired beat up motel despite their site saying it has been fully renovated. Musty, mold on shower door, tattered thread bare towels (once white now gray), stained carpet. The empty lot across the street had a huge party until late in the night so we could not have a window open. The desk did not answer when I tried to report it at around 11. You can have all this for $200 a nite!!! The one compliment I can give is for Devin, the nice young man who checked us in. Very customer service focused. And the Mexican restaurant's across the street was excellent …a much better option than sitting in our dingy room.

So after a disasterous first night in another hotel thats not a hotel. We landed here. Warm friendly efficent check in even offered bottled water. It gave off a very family vibe with kids looking like they were accomplishing some homeschool.
We stayed a few nights and we just had a blast exploring and having fun because we knew at the end of our day we knew we'd have a wonderful place to come back to.
The room itself was huge! Two rooms with a lovely back porch. A wet bar too which put eating out to a minimum. Theres a safeway a block down for grocery shopping or a Walmart costco a block up. So its located pretty central to everything. It is a little outdated but still a great stay
My hope is that they eventually figure out a laundry facilty as the one down the street is too far to walk with kids and duffel bag full.
The back gravel lot im not sure if they own it but that would be sweetto see a fruit orchard back there off those porches

Rooms were clean and nice. Bed sheets were as thin as paper. Heater slash air conditioner under the windows were nice and powerful and there wasn't a bad smell in coming from it or the room in general. Bathrooms were a little small but the shower was nice. It had good water pressure, but the smooth tub did not sit well due to potential falling hazard and no handrail. Ample parking not only in the lots provided but behind for larger vehicles.
