I purchased a watch from this boutique yesterday and had such a great time. There are many places to purchase Omega watches, but I choose to go to the boutique because of the people and the experience. Olivia and Tatiana made sure that my wife and I were comfortable, that we enjoyed exploring everything that we were interested in, and that I was happy with my final selection. You can tell by their enthusiasm and warmth that they enjoy creating a space in which people can feel comfortable and have fun, and that they value building genuine relationships. They really made it a special and memorable day.

I visited this boutique for the first time this year. I serviced a vintage watch and ordered parts for another. I can say that the staff is the best, they treated me as a valuable customer. They even allowed me to try all the watches I wanted, always with a smile.

Outstanding service at the Omega Boutique. Beautiful place and great location. Christina and Tatiana are amazing. They me helped throughout the process of sending my wife's watch to service and allocated a bracelet and a very special watch I was looking for a long time. Can't thank them enough. Great service and attention to clients... exactly what you are looking for when it comes to luxury pieces. I will stop by again soon.
