We worked with Omega Society to manage my mother's passing. We are really impressed with this organization. We pre-planned when she entered hospice and the online process was easy to manage. I did have questions and staff were very responsive. This is an affordable choice but there was nothing cheap about the level of service at every stage. I always felt like I could contact staff and you need help because for me grief slowed down my decision making and ability to multitask and Omega Society staff were so patient, kind, and competent. We highly recommend Omega Society and most importantly pre-planning if you can. Knowing that we were doing what my mother wanted gave us so much peace so that you can use the reserve energy to grieve and focus on good memories. We are especially grateful to Melissa Estrada and Rosie Torres and Dana for their support in this process.

The Omega Society was recommended by a coworker. In a relatively short period of time, I was able to complete the majority of the plans for a cremation. Their price was extremely reasonable, when compared to other vendors. Dominic, a sales representative was outstanding in helping answer all questions and coordinating all the things that needed to be done. This company deserves 5+ stars in their customer service. Thank you.

Ireached out and used Omega Society because they were highly recommended by two friends of my mother's. I, on the other hand, did not experience the same service as they had spoke of. The initial conversation of deciding to go with them was very pleasant. However, every moment from payment to cremation was quite the opposite. I did not receive any communication from my "Family Arrangement Counselor" about the process or timing of things UNLESS I reached out and asked. Then the response was brief and rather insensitive under the circumstances that they are a place of business that is dealing with family's of love ones who have passed. Management was finally alerted of my situation when I received an email stating my husband's cremains were ready for pick up of which that email made it sound like they've notified me previously. I resolved to the email and explained that this was the first notification received. I did receive a sincere apology from the owner but no follow up was addressed after that. I think this type of business needs to be much more sensitive to their clients and when an issue arises there should be follow up especially after I sent the communication string of the insensitive responses from my family arrangement counselor. Bottom line, would I recommend the Omega Society in Orange? NO!
