I am extremely happy with Dr Lapsi, she answers all my questions and explains everything so well. I never feel rushed or ignored. The staff is nice and friendly and the technicians remember their patients and I really liked that!!!

Appointment scheduling was easy. Staff was helpful and friendly. We appreciate how kind the Ophthalmologist assistant was with my Mom. They were aware of time as my mom is elderly.
