I went to omni off of brimhall and the doctor I seen there was very rude and not professional at all,and he acted like he did not even know me when I have talk to him a few times before ,I was to have surgery and that is one reason I went in he did nothing but talk down on me and made me fill really uncomfortable, something has to be done with him or I will take action,it was a male doctor.,I have his name a badge # as well.

As a resident-patient of Brookdale S.N.F. I have experienced several occasions Omni has failed to timely deliver prescribed medications. According to various staff members this company is notorious for their oft failures to fulfill medications as ordered by qualified personnel. Strongly suggest to not do business with this company.

I have bad experience with them the staff is really bad never nice @all no comcation with patients i don’t recommend anyone come to Omni
