It was a great experience I had blood drawn and it’s one nurse by the name of Dasiey she always gets it on the first draw nobody’s ever has so I give her five stars and the rest of the staff is awesome as well there always helpful and very respectful and Dr Walia he is my favorite because he listens and that is a Art that a-lot of doctors don’t have and he has it so he rocks in my book! I can’t forget the lady at the front desk she is an absolute joy. I’m glad to be apart of the Omni family on White lane.

The front desk receptionist needs more training regarding people skills.
My appointment was on February 9th at 3:30 p.m. check who was there at that time.

I was in a lot of pain and when I walked in and the receptionist was very kind. She was very understanding. She made me feel relaxed and I did not have to wait that long at all. Once I was in a doctor's room, I didn't have to wait long at all in the reception area. The doctor was warm and receiving and he actually listened to what I had to say and responded. This is the only Omni office that I felt I was heard by the doctor and by the receptionist. Thank you very much for all that you do and the facility was small which i loved. Clean, inviting nice and cool. Thank you once again
