No one answers the phone. Return cals aren't made. Prescription requests are ignored. Nurses are snotty and over bearing. The doctors leave within months. The WORST medical care I have ever experienced. I only keep these yahoos due to the pulmonary clinc associated with them is superb.

Professional, prompt, friendly, included my observations and opinions, gave clear instructions and directions, left with printout summary of the visit with my next appointment.
