WOW OMSI!! Such a fun, interactive place for kids to learn hands on about science. There were endless stations for my daughter and our family to play. Earthquake simulation, a T-Rex exhibit, oversized marble runs, water tables, building and problem solving, puzzles, a planetarium and so many smiling kids! We were given wristbands after buying our tickets ($19/adult, $14/child) and just went to town exploring. Theres a movie theatre too but we didn’t watch any of the shows. I believe they are extra to see, $7.50/ticket. We did indulge in some candy/snacks while walking around. There was a cafe as well, but we had breakfast before we visited. The parking was $5 for two hours and plenty of space. We arrived around 11 and left around 1 and it didn’t feel too crowded. Of all things, my four year old’s favorites were the magnetic tiles and the Morse Code! She liked pretending to be Ponyo sending messages to her dad on the ship. She did not want to leave!! My favorite was the musical stations, walking underneath things that make sounds while you move. We will drive up again soon

OMSI was an absolutely delightful trip! I would say it was more interactive than the Seattle Science Center. I personally went to see the submarine tour and MAN it was fantastic. Hats off to the tour guides for knowing their stuff too ❤️

Good surprise, this museum was much cooler than I thought. It has many different activities and exhibitions. I am glad I could see the professionals who are working on some fossils in person. The scientific playground for kids was nice too, no wonder so many kids and families were there.
