I have been working with Will at On Pace for the last 3 months. It has been an incredible learning experience and I feel like I have met all the goals I was hoping to accomplish when I set out on this nutrition journey. Will helped me to incorporate new foods into my diet and be more mindful of the choices I make around food to be sure I am meeting my macro and micro nutrient targets. Simultaneously, I have been working with a running coach and pairing these two things together, especially given Will's experience as a running coach, has been super successful. I would definitely recommend working with him for multiple months to really see how things add up. Thanks, Will!

I just finished a month working with Will on improving some lazy nutritional habits I've developed as well as improving athletic recovery and preparation. I'm so thrilled with the results! Will took simple steps to guide my day without being overly didactic. He provided me with clear instructions for my workout fueling and has improved my recovery with some easy changes. I've previously felt overwhelmed by information on how to make the "best" choices, and Will was able to sort through the noise and in the end it just feels easy.
I also appreciate that the On Pace model isn't an endless commitment, but rather a partnership towards achieving an outcome. Two thumbs way up!

I have been working with Will while training for a marathon and he has been so incredibly helpful! Balancing nutrition while running high mileage, focusing on recovery and working full-time is very challenging. We started with small changes, added/increased over several weeks and now I find it easy to incorporate great nutrition in every meal. I always feel well fueled on my runs and have noticed several other health benefits. He also offers great advice on brands to look for and is incredibly responsive (oftentimes responding to my grocery store photo before I’m out the door). Highly recommended working with On Pace Wellness if you are looking for ways to become a better, stronger athlete!
