I was having a horrible exhaust smell and I could hear some popping when I turned off the car. The smell was so bad I had to leave my garage door open after I turned off the car to air out.
I was referred here under my warranty and had no idea what to expect. From the moment I walked in I was welcomed and made to feel comfortable. Offered coffee and a warm comfortable place to sit while they took care of my car.
Fabian was incredible at not only making me comfortable but also his communication and ability to help me understand the current situation with my car. Being I am not super mechanical inclined he explained it to me in a way I was able to understand.
He provided me my options and what was the best overall solution. He contacted the warranty place and got everything approved. Gave me my time frame and even gave me a ride so I could get something to eat while I was waiting.
The customer service from the owner to the office staff to the mechanics was above beyond. I could not have asked for a better experience from start to finish.
