I live up in the north end and now drive all the way to Renton just for Matt to cut my hair. Always has been professional and detail oriented as my hair is a bit different to cut. Always get compliments on my fade after I'm cut. He's polite and a pleasure to chat with as well. The few times I've been here all the staff has been professional and courteous. I don't see a toxic environment unless I'm in a different barbershop? Check this place out if you're in the south end. It's a great business with a chill atmosphere!

Matt at On The Mark is a God tier barber!! When I decided to grow my hair out a few years ago, it was a SSSTRUGGLE to find a barber who could give me a decent haircut. My girlfriend wanted me to start finding a better barber because she hated how my hair would look after each cut, and I did too. I've been to gimmicky places that charged a lot because they served alcohol, or gave you a warm towel. I've been to cheaper barbers with great reviews, but couldn't do anything with long hair. I even tried great clips cause I was tired of spending so much money. Then... my GF comes across Matt on Instagram and she booked my first appointment. I. Never. looked. back! This dude blew me away with how he listened to what I wanted and gave me the best haircut I've ever had!! You need a great cut, definitely go to Matt

Great experience here for Me and my son. Before boarding a flight to Europe where my son would be going to a new school I took him here and it’s the best haircut I’ve seen on him. He was happy, he got allot of compliments and after my first experience I’ve made this barber shop my go to. Highly recommended.
