The first contact I had was with the receptionist and I found her to be unprofessional and rude. When I was asking her question she was very short and continued to tell me multiple times that I should look for another agency if I wanted the job done right the first time. She was unable to give me a quote on the cost of the job and technicians cannot come to your home and give you an estimate. I was that I would have to find out after the job was completed. I was under the impress that the job would use less water and therefore dry much quicker but I was rudely informed that it takes 5 to 6 hours to dry. Based on my first contact I would not recommend using this company because the receptionist has a poor and sarcastic before the job is done I can't image how she would be if there was an issues with the job performed. Unprofessional.

These guys are terrific!! Awesome job throughout the house. Have been using there service once a year for my annual cleaning. They always show up on time and get the job done quickly and professionally. Wouldn't think of using anyone else!!

Very friendly and easy to work with! The gentleman who cleaned the hall at our church in Kenwood, did an excellent job! All the stains came up and the area was dry within the same day. It was such a pleasure to see all the stains come up because it had been years since the carpet was cleaned. Thank you!
