I don’t like how all over the store it says buy sell repeat, but they won’t buy back anything I bought from their store. Even with the tags from their store still on there that she never wore. They took things brand new with tags on from other stores and gave me $1 each item regardless how much it cost. Carters etc. $1. I was not impressed. And out of a whole big laundry basket of clothes I brought in all folded neatly no wrinkles on anything nothing stained or faded, they took 14 of the most expensive things or with tags on still. Gave me $14 . And gave the basket back all wrinkled up thrown all over the place. I thought it was super rude.

To whom it may concern my name is Vanessa Wright I been shopping and selling items to you guys for the past 17 years but my experience at your location in Rochester, Minnesota has been a very, very bad experience last year in June. I came in to sell some items. The manager told me she could not taking none of my items because it smells like marijuana. It was funny to me because I just washed them and dry them folded them put them in a bin to bring up to you guys I explained to her. I have everything on camera of me being in my home washing and folding the clothes with no smoking going on, I explain to her I am a foster mom with Rochester. I work at the school there’s no way is smelt like marijuana. So she asked me to leave and I told her no because she is lying on me and trying to embarrass me so she called the police. The police came They smelled the items in front of her and said they don’t smell anything but of course she is the manager so she can trust pass if she like and that’s exactly what she did customers came out and was offering me help was offering to take the items in for me and they did not like her behavior towards me. I told them it is OK and I haven’t been back my year was up in June. It is now August 9. I go back in to sell some items the same manager that trust passed me last year was there she greeted me told me their new policy and I agree I signed the receipt paper left my items I returned two hours later, because I received no text message saying my items was ready, when I got in the manager was nowhere around the workers, explain to me that the owner of once upon a child does not want me there. I found that kind of funny because I never met the owner and he never met me. It was the manager that trust passed me last year that made that call I never did nothing to this lady but before she trust past me last year, she refused to take any of my items in the past. The only time I was able to sell items is when she wasn’t working. This is what you called racial profiling and discrimination. I am emailing you guys before I take matters into my own hands and post every video even from last year on my social media platform on TikTok were are 750,000 + people will see exactly what I’ve been going through at this location. I have everything on video and I pray you guys do the right thing you can
