Love this place. Staff is always super friendly and Knowledgable. I even had to do a return on an item, I didn't have the original but the debit receipt and the manager was able to find it! The only downside is when there is a lineup of customers sometimes there is 3 staff back there chatting with each other, and they don't always acknowledge you if you are waiting. I always recommend this place to new moms, they are always getting new toys, equipment and clothes!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I bought rubber boots for my daughter that were supposed to be a size 5. They were attached and one had a brand new tag on it, so I didn’t check the sizes on the bottom of the boots. When I went to try the boots on my daughter, I saw that one was a size 5 and one a size 6. Went in to the store to get a refund and was told that they have a 7 day refund policy and that she couldn’t help me. I completely understand under normal circumstances that a 7 day policy should be enforced. But for a pair of boots that were attached and not even the same size? Should be a little more flexible with this. This is a place that I have come to often, and I’m sad to say - I will not be back.

Dropped off three bags of baby clothes, a breast feeding pillow with an extra cover and some loose diapers. All of the clothes were in great condition some never even worn or still with tags! They only took a few things. I spent more in gas going back and forth dropping the stuff off and picking it all back up then they gave me for the few things that actually bought. Very disappointed. Don’t waste your time here.
