bought a birthday gift for a friend, asked sales girl if it was exchangeable & that the birthday was 2 months away & was told no problem! just keep receipt! tried to exchange, w/a receipt, & told NO, by the mgr( via text) & that sales girl no longer works there & shouldn’t have told us that!, like that’s our fault!?they still have a few of the shirts & they aren’t marked down so no reason for the mgr to make us keep a shirt that doesn’t fit! bad business won’t shop there again!
