Wow, OneDental and their staff are truly amazing! As dental procedures and visits bring so many of us anxiety it can be hard trying to find a dentist you can trust and feel comfortable with. I had not had a dental cleaning in quite some time and was suffering from some gum issues. I moved to Tacoma from Seattle and needed to find a new dentist. Fearful of long wait times, One Dental was able to get me in within a few days. The staff member who scheduled my appointment was super nice and had amazing customer service skills. That was a great first impression. Usually calling medical/dental offices the front staff can be rude! During my appointment the hygienist and doctor were so amazing! They made me feel comfortable. The hygienist was extremely knowledgeable and had my best interest in treating my symptoms. I was Offered a laser cleaning and unfortunately insurance does not cover it but with my situation they explained it would be a more effective option versus a standard cleaning. I was Hesitant because of how expensive it is OneDental made sure I agreed to the procedure before moving on with my appointment. They also helped me work out a payment plan through financing with Cherry!
The office is clean and modern. They are up to date on standard of care for dental treatments and extremely educated!
