Two jobs: two pine trees trimmed; tall arborvitae trimmed and blackberry masses removed. One Hope was very polite, professional, and had all the right equipment to finish the jobs quickly with precision.

Unfortunately I can’t review their work because they did not show up at the agreed upon time and did not call. I had to call them twice. After the second call when I left a VM to cancel the job, Jevah, the owner called with yet a later time. I verbally confirmed the cancellation.

They did a great job last year for us. But this year, made appointment with them, and the night before, they said that they have a Job first thing in the morning and would come after! I said fine! Well, the next day I hear nothing from them all morning and afternoon. I call, left a message just before 3 pm! Phil finally called back at 4:45pm to tell me the earlier job took too long! Can't recommend them anymore, going to shop around for another service!
