Donovan from One Hour Heating & Air was able to get our electric furnace working 100% within 30min of arriving at our house.
As soon as he got inside, he went right to work measuring the temperature of the air out of our vents. He noticed it was only 81F degrees. This is about 34F below what it should be, and an indicator as to why the furnace would run over 12 hours in a given day.
He got into the attic and worked inside of the furnace, determining that the model we had was setup to only power one of two heating elements. He placed in a jumper so both would come on and it instantly started heating the house like it should at 113F degrees out of the vents.
My call to One Hour Heating and Air came after having someone from a local company fail to determine the problem and still charge me $90.
Donovan was quick, knowledgeable, and friendly. I would recommended Donovan and this company in the future for any HVAC repair.
