Wonderful first time experience! Tina Pham, PA, was incredible. Super attentive, patient, and supportive! We encountered a speed bump during the basic procedure and she was communicative about possible outcomes and next steps. When everything worked out, I appreciated her transparency after about being nervous it wasn’t going to work out how we had hoped. It added a very human touch to our interaction! Definitely not stuffy and clinical vibe.
Front of house staff was also super welcoming! Totally felt like a valued new member of the one medical community.
I love being a patient member of One Medical. It is not like being in a traditional doctor's waiting room but more like waiting to go into a business meeting. The waiting area is relaxed and nicely appointed. Further, the staff are pleasant and eager to help.
It is a excellent opportunity to have a great connection with your doctor and medical staff. This allows you to take full control of your health to be the best you.
Oh one last note, they make it easy with an onsite lab for any test that you may need. So it's the convenience of one stop shopping, if you will.
