A very unpleasant experience, and disinterested staff. Iora is great at accepting insurance money, but they have no interest in patient care, or consideration for a patient's concerns. Sadly putting zero stars is not an option on this review page😔

So glad we switched to Iora! They are on top of what is going on with my husband and I. They call with lab results the very next day. After a phone call to them about a concern for my husband, they called the very next day to see how he was doing. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

Taking my elderly mother to a new doctor is a challenge to say the least. Iora was a positive experience for a first time visit. The staff was extremely pleasant and Dr Kwon was understanding and knowledge. We look forward to a future with Iora.
