I purchased an entertainment center for a very expensive price. Due to work and the holidays I was not able to build it right away. I found a missing part, so I called customer service and they refuse to honor the missing part because I did not call with the 24 hour period. This is ridiculous. After spending so much money. They cannot replace one part never again what I order from them so disappointing and poor customer service.
