Worst experience I have ever had. Took a month to get a day and time to bring the vehicle back to have work completed on it that was agreed to during the purchase. Took the vehicle in on a Tuesday was told I would be able to pick it up no later than the following Friday. 2 WEEKS later after almost no communication on their side and me showing up to pick up the vehicle (after being told 100% it would be ready) and it not being there they finally delivered it to me 2 HOURS away. Licensing was done for Washington eventho I live in Oregon. On June 11th was told by the same person who sold me the vehicle that it was fixed and I would be getting the correct plates. Called today to find out what is going on yet again because the Oregon DMV has no records of the vehicle being licensed and was told the Washington plates are still sitting there waiting for me to pick them up and nothing further had been done. I now have to go to my local DMV to get paperwork to send to my lender to have sent back to the DMV to request the correct title. So I now have to fix something myself that never should have been broken in the first place. Had they just owned the fact they had never dealt with Oregon before that wouldn't have been an issue. They are good at selling to you. But nothing else matters to them. Would not recommend and wouldn't even give them 1 star if I had the choice. Updating...they now refuse to pay for the title and plate fee in Oregon because it was to long ago and that title clerk no longer works there, "but the Washington plates are fine to use for a year so it shouldnt be a big deal." I wish I would have known they were a joke before I went there.

This was one of the best car shopping experiences me and my husband have had and Irene made that possible! Irene was assisting us and she made things happen swift and smoothly. She answered all of our question and was open and upfront about the cars to find the one that fits you best. We had a few in mind and we all landed on the one that fit our family the most. We didn’t leave with a doubt in our mind. Working with her was great. If you go to one stop ask for Irene to experience it first hand. We will definitely be returning customers, and I will refer anyone I know in the market for a new car to One Stop with Irene.
