We booked with OneTravel for our round trip to Paris. Due to Covid we had to cancel the trip. Subsequently, OneTravel sent us an email conforming the credit for future booking. According to this email, the expiration date for this redeemable credit is December 31, 2021. Around November 4, 2021 (TWO MONTHS BEFORE THE EXPIRATION DATE) we try to book for flight to Paris. To our surprise, OneTravel told us that the credit expired already. So, we lost $2841 USD. We are very disappointed. Also, we try to locate the address and phone number of OneTravel Corporate Headquarters. NOT AVAILABLE. According to internet information, the CEO of One Travel was arrested in 2016 (True or False ??)
