I was deeply disappointed in the level of service I received from OneAccord after investing nearly $65,000 in their services over several months. Expectations were not met. We started projects that weren’t finished. I had to do damage control with team members who were resentful for the way they were treated. Very little progress was made toward our goals. Although there was some value in the work we did together, it was not worth the investment I made.
