Horrible service with no help whatsoever. I attempted to apply online, Was given an error message to call their central line, central line told me to go to a local branch. The branch Assistant Manager, Randy, was not only unhelpful but frankly lazy. He simply told me "sorry there is nothing I can do for you, you have to go back to your application and prove your income where you're getting the error message" Okay buddy let me just go do that, thanks. Never even got my application in. When I was obviously very frustrated he simply showed me the door. Did not make any extra attempt to solve what is clearly a software issue. Absolutely ridiculous.
