Idk, I was in the process of buying a new car and needed insurance to drive off the lot. Armond was extremely nice and recommended that I wait before buying the insurance to ensure that I'd get the car and if all went well to contact him and we could proceed with the purchase. Fast-foward a couple of weeks, I'm still looking for the car I want but no luck in getting good deals or purchase options. So I call Armond back and ask if we could just insure my current vehicle and we'll go through the process of switching out the cars once I make the purchase because I have to maintain insurance for six months starting in May. He says okay,gets my vin number, says he'll call me back. And I haven't heard from him since. That was maybe a week or two ago. He sold me some good quotes but now I'm starting to feel like it was just too good to be true.

I requested a quote at the same time I requested a quote from 3 other companies. I made my choice before OnGuard got back to me. I told Nancy on the phone, we were going with another company. I have gotten two calls, two texts, two e-mails, all in a one hour period of saying "we are going with another company". My return text to reiterate this states she is doing her job and "it is my choice to respond", I am trying to get you to stop harassing me, as I already told you we are going with another company!!
*I have amended my rating from 1 to 3 because I appreciated the prompt apology from management.

Diana with OnGuard Insurance made everything as simple and as smooth as possible. She kept in mind that I had a busy schedule and was able to get the majority done through text message (other than the payment) which made it soooo much easier. I really appreciate the help and the rate is very reasonable. I highly recommend working with her!
