Our physician’s office had a billing error, so insurance did not cover the procedure. We paid the bill, then appealed the insurance company who then reimbursed us. On point billed us again. According to them it took 22 days between when they sent the second bill and when it arrived at our Hillsboro home. The person I spoke with was rude and accusatory. I felt VERY disrespected. I would NEVER hire a person with her attitude for a customer service job!!!
