Pao always does an amazing job! I'll only go to Ooh Lala. Today I got the dip for the first time in a sparkly peach- LOVE IT! My sister in law got the gel polish and it also looks flawless! ❤❤❤

They certainly try quite hard at making their clients happy. I wasn’t happy with my French tip & they kept working to try to make it right. I can completely appreciate that. I do hope the techs get their full, ENTIRE tip left to them & that the owner isn’t keep any of the tips.

Frequent client here. Overall I’ve had good experience. I like a couple of techs . Beware of the gel polish though. Two different people and 4 different occasions have I had to return bc of this. Then when I get regular polish it’s guaranteed to be sloppy (green polish photo). It’s hard to find a good nail salon but the couple of people I go to there are pretty good most of the time
