OOLA is an undiscovered gem in Capital Hill, Seattle. The owner, chef, and one server were charming and welcoming. I mentioned to the owner how lovely and unique one of the custom drink tinctures were and she sent me home with a small bottle of it. I have traveled the world, and the Tuna was amongst the top favorite/best I have ever had. The Gnocci was like a savory Dessert, and the drinks were original and fantastic. This is a must for anyone that is visiting Seattle, or is a native. 15/10 stars.
Spectacular gem! They distill spirits and create lovely tasty cocktails full of nuance and subtle flavors. We had many small plates balancing delicious veggies with pasta and exquisite ahi. Servers are highly knowledgeable and kind and trusting them worked really well.
We also saw women enjoying a drink or meal alone in this women-run small restaurant, which felt just right.
Lovely patio and nice elegant interior as well.
